In this case, the mention of &quot;nutrient claim&quot; caught my attention, especially in reference to Michael Pollan&#039;s discussion of nutritionism as an ideology in his book &quot;In Defense of Food.&quot;  It never seizes to amaze me how nutrient-level marketing has impacted the way people look at food.</description>
