Perfect hot cereal: Plain oatmeal (not instant), some frozen blueberries, 12 almonds (1/2 serving), a sprinkle of cranberries, cinnamon, and some almond milk. Microwave 3 min. Pair with one cup coffee. Heaven, seven days a week. Yum.

What does this have? Soluble fiber? Check. Protein and healthy fat? Check. Sweetness from fruit? Check. And nothing artificial...now THAT'S a good breakfast! Ps. My two year old loves it too...except she prefers pecans. I'm so blessed. :0)

Great review. I was wondering how it tasted? I realize this is subjective - but I want to know if it was too sweet.
